Your Agreement with pak786

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "pak786" means the online gaming platform operated at pak786.bio and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services.
• "Platform" means the website, software, infrastructure, and services provided by pak786.
• "User," "You," or "Player" means any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the pak786 platform.
• "Account" means the registered user profile held by a player on the pak786 platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game or sports market available on pak786.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit funds credited to a player's account by pak786.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the player via a supported payment method and available for immediate wagering or withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, including CNIC verification and proof of payment method ownership.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency used for all transactions on pak786.

To register and use pak786, you must meet the following eligibility criteria in full:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement. pak786 conducts mandatory CNIC-based age verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
• You must be a human individual. Corporate entities, bots, automated scripts, and artificial agents are not eligible to register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not already hold an existing pak786 account. Only one account per person, per CNIC, per household, and per device is permitted.
• You must not be excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion programme currently active on your pak786 account or via any applicable regulatory body.

By completing registration, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility criteria stated above. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

As a registered pak786 user, you accept sole responsibility for the following:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised it, provided that pak786 authenticated the session using your valid credentials.
• Keeping your registered contact details, including mobile number and email address, current and accurate at all times.
• Ensuring your device and network connection are secure when accessing the pak786 platform.
• Notifying pak786 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pak786 will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or full CNIC number via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from pak786 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on pak786 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours during business hours. pak786 targets same-day processing for requests submitted before 5:00 PM PKT.
• Withdrawal destination: Funds will only be returned to the payment method used for the original deposit. pak786 does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts, alternative mobile wallets, or accounts not verified under your CNIC.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Requests below this threshold will be held until the balance reaches the minimum.
• KYC requirement: Full KYC verification, including CNIC submission, must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a non-negotiable requirement and applies to all players regardless of account age.
• Transaction fees: pak786 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Standard network charges from your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply and are outside pak786's control.

pak786 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your pak786 account and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible games will be clearly stated for each promotion in your account dashboard and the applicable promotional page.
• pak786 reserves the right to cancel any bonus, or any winnings derived from a bonus, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, use of automated tools, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per CNIC, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Bonus offers are non-transferable and hold no cash value prior to meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
• pak786 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.

All games available on the pak786 platform — including slots, live dealer casino games, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the following general rules:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness by third-party testing laboratories.
• Sports betting odds are set by pak786 at its discretion and may change prior to event commencement. Bets accepted prior to an odds change remain valid at the odds at which they were accepted, unless the bet was placed in error due to a system malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, pak786 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. pak786 is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated in a round affected by a technical fault.
• Wagers placed after a sporting event has commenced (in-play bets) are valid only if the pak786 system confirms acceptance prior to the conclusion of the relevant market.
• pak786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where incorrect odds were published due to human or system error, even after the relevant event has concluded.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pak786 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in any manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, or coordinate betting strategies in a manner that constitutes cheating.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using pak786 to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain without reporting the issue to pak786 support.
• Registering or operating more than one account on pak786.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, including borrowed accounts, shared wallets not in your name, or stolen financial credentials.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information to pak786 at any point.

pak786 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players on its platform. The following tools and policies are in place to protect players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying their net wagering results for the current session.

pak786 trains its customer support team to identify behavioural indicators of problem gambling and to proactively offer responsible gaming resources to affected players. All responsible gaming requests are treated with strict confidentiality.

All content on the pak786 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, interface designs, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak786 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak786 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the pak786 platform or its content without prior written consent from pak786. Unauthorised use of pak786 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable international law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak786 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the pak786 platform.
• Losses resulting from network failures, internet outages, device malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions outside pak786's reasonable control.
• Incorrect information provided by you during registration, KYC, or any other process that results in delayed or failed transactions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• Losses arising from bets placed during a period of self-imposed exclusion where the exclusion request had not yet been confirmed by pak786 support.

pak786's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the player's Real Money Balance at the time the incident occurred. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits pak786's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by its own negligence.

pak786 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the pak786 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights as a data subject.

pak786 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third parties — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention agencies — solely for the purpose of operating the platform safely and in compliance with applicable regulations.

pak786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, pak786 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pak786 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak786 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory body.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific bet, game outcome, or transaction, players must raise the matter with pak786 customer support in the first instance. pak786 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.
